Activities for all seasons
In Vålådalen’s beautiful mountain environment, the hiker, runner, paddler, roller skier and the active family meet in the summer. In winter, we offer world-class cross-country trails, miles of hiking opportunities, ski touring and lift-served skiing. All those curious about the mountains and mountain foxes are welcome here.
Mountain activities for the whole family
Vålådalen Mountain Station is today a large activity center with lots of activities and experiences for young and old, families with children or individual travelers and groups – there is room for everyone. Few resorts in the Swedish mountains can offer such a wide range as Vålådalen all year round.

the gear for your adventure
In direct connection to our reception there are rental, shop and service. You’ll find most of what you need for your mountain adventures here. You can rent cross-country, touring, hiking and alpine equipment, as well as sledges for packing and children’s sledges for touring and cross-country skiing.
During the summer, the winter range is replaced by backpacks, hiking boots and running shoes. The fact that we also have a large sports hall with lots of activities ensures that even days with bad weather are filled with activity opportunities for those who wish.
